Man people really don't like this album, I mean it is my least favorite but it still has 5 great songs, and people only saying the first two albums are the only good ones are just crazy, literally every single album but this one are 10s wait and see, sky scrapers etc all different albums all good

This band got me partially into this sort of music used to loathe it before.
I have been listening to every album know religiously for the past 2 years or so and for me personally this song is in the top 5 that that Matt funky has produced, a little different to the other stuff I will give you that but in my opinion think it's fucking top rate. Why all the hate guys ?

Gotta admit that the first time listening to this and the whole album was pretty strange. It really sounds different with the new bear. But woah, can't stop listening now. Haley's vocals are beautiful, kinda broken and tough at the same time.
Haters.... yeah, she will never replace the first bear. But not 'cause she's not worth. It's because Haley is meant to be The She-Bear.

I'd like to applaud 90% of the comments here, it takes true dedication to achieve such levels of cuntiness. "She ruined the band wah wah I need a new tampon," throw that shit out your head, she saved the band, had she not stepped in to fill the shoes Chris left, what then? I haven't heard the entire album yet, but of the three songs I have heard, I've loved them. Change in sound? Sure. Do you know who else changed their sound? 90% of successful musicians. A change in direction is not a bad thing, when done properly, which this was. I understand not liking it, is an opinion every person is entitled to, but to lay the blame solely on one person, because you're too fucking afraid of change? What is maturity anyways?

I thought the whole album was awesome! I really liked their older albums aswell, especially if you don't have anything nice to say...but just really digging this album alot!

This chick makes this music repugnant

Digging the shift in sound from the songs I've heard so far.  This album seems like it will be an album to get you excited for the next album, after they have been together for a while more, Like they are feeling out what sound works for Hayley(spelling?).  Matt seems to have a new spark of energy to him here, vocally, which is nice to hear. Too bad there will be huge backlash on them for trying out different sounds -and- having a new singer.

Tbtb used to be my favorite band so I really wanted to like this, but I just can't get into it.

Personally, I feel this will be a Stories like album.

A few good songs that are very old TBTB elements coming back but with a variant of the new vocals and something completely new that leaves a taste that keeps bringing you back to it then eventually enjoying. It can be a very good album, or a really bad one. All depends on the execution. Definitely looking forward to the full album. :)

The old stuff was definitely better. But I wouldn't say this sucks. This absolutely does not and never can compare to how good the old stuff is but yea it's not the worst thing I've heard. I wouldn't say this is a good combination either. It's very just bleh and questionable.

my god you people cry so much, just because a band switched it up a little. i admit it might take a little to get used to haley but its still sounds like the bunny the bear, and if your sad because its not as heavy you clearly never listened to any of the albums tje whole way through.

I agree. Its different without Chris. I've been listening to them since The Stomach For It. And this,yes, is not as good as the old tbtb I still will stick through it. They're still good.

Not a fan of the new Bear.... Chris Hutka just had that kind of magical voice that just fit with The Bunny The Bears' sound. His voice flowed with the melody perfectly. I'm sure Haley is a nice person, and she does seem talented, but in my opinion, The Bunny The Bear will never, ever be the same without Chris Hutka. No one could replace him.

I'm pretty certain that's Joseph Garcia. They do have very similar range, but I dunno, I still don't think anyone else could compare to Chris Hutka...

i didnt like there older stuff as much as i like the direction they are going this album and the album before it have been quite feats in the genre

I do like the song but something about the screaming just sounds... off compared to their older stuff...

It feels so weird to think how a male singer could sing high notes better than a woman.

You are def not the only one. People like to bitch about Chris leaving but how many of them know that Chris did nothing in the band? Matt writes and plays almost everything, and all Chris did was come in high as a kite on pills and/or heroin and force every touring musician to quit cause of how he acted on tour. Passed out with needles in his arm and whatnot. And Chris' "wife" also ripped Matt off for quite a bit of money.
Matt's gonna do what he's gonna do and the true TBTB fans will appreciate it for Matt's creativity and his vision, regardless of who the bear is at that point in time..
Buuuuutttt Haley has an amazing voice and I kinda hope she sticks around for at least another album or two. I like the guitar driven sound I've heard so far.
