Buddy Holly - Baby Won't You Come Out Tonight Lyrics

Oh well-a go baby, go baby, go baby go
Baby go, baby go, baby, go baby go
Baby go, baby go, baby
Won't you come out tonight

Well, baby won't you come out tonight
Underneath the moon so bright
We'll have fun cuttin' the rug
Won't cha come out my little honey bug
Oh baby, won't cha come out tonight

Well baby, the moon is so bright
And if you'll only come out, it'll be just right
We'll make all the night spots
And for you that's not a lot
Oh baby, won't you come out tonight

Oh, go baby, go baby, go-baby-go
Baby go, baby go, baby, go-baby-go
Baby go, baby go, baby
Baby go, baby go, baby go, baby go-go-go
Go! Go!

Well baby, I love you so
And I hope your answer won't be no
If you'll come out, we'll rock and roll
Come on baby, let's go
Oh baby, won't you come out tonight

Oh, go baby, go baby, go-baby-go
Baby go, baby go, baby, go-baby-go
Baby go, baby go, baby
Won't cha come out tonight
Oh, go baby, go baby, go-baby-go
Baby go, baby go, baby, go-baby-go
Baby go, baby go, baby
Won't cha come out tonight

  4. s.... s....

Great track by Holly he realy shows his class he learned a lot from Elvis during his Louisianna Hayride days and incorporated it into his early rockabilly tracks.

  5. R.... J....

Alot if Rockabilly sounded the same using three chord blues really. But you can hear Carl Perkins and Chet Atkins plus a little bit of Les Pauls playing. Later on we'd hear George Harrison of the Beatles used this picking style to perfection then the Cars did it too from Elliott Easton. GO BABY!!

  6. E.... J....

    Who's here from Valeria Lipovetsky???

  7. B.... ....

This is as good as rockabilly has ever been. Love it!

  8. c.... ....

    A mix of " Baby let' s play house " and " That's all right ", but excellent !

That wonderful Buddy Holly renaissance of 1962 - 1963, when songs like these of his were being released in the UK, on the LP "Reminiscing" and as singles, and, what was best of all, these records were storming up the British charts !
