My daughter who was 8 at the time came home from school and said her whole class had to do a timeline and bio on their favourite singer. Wow her teacher was like woah! Blown away that she chose you being 8 and all. Most kids did theirs on mainstream artists today like Bieber, Khalid, Ed Sher etc that was in 2017. My listening to great music really makes for an awesome well rounded child with fantastic taste, and a great voice too! So I thank you forever ❤️ Rip

Interesting. I had never noticed that before either. As far as I know, Jeff Buckley was heterosexual, but he did have empathy for marginalized people considered outcasts and/or misfits by mainstream society. Also, without outing anyone by name, I will say I am fairly confident that one of the members of his band was gay.

I've got an old iPod classic which my uncle bought me years ago. I think a year or two before they got discontinued. For some reason, I think due to age, it can randomise the tracks in an album. Usually I would remove the album as I wanted it in correct order. Grace is the only album to have this problem that I haven't removed. Too beautiful, even if the tracks aren't in the right order.

God I was so in love with someone I couldn't have because he was in love with his close friend. I've been in the throws of depression for a while now and by the time they were finally dating he was still keeping her a secret to his friends. She was all over him and I grew intimidated, lost, borderline suicidal and jealous because to this day I had longed for a love with someone more beautiful than I could ever amount to being. Then I realized, I will never have balance or closure with someone so much more to promise to people I'll never need.

There are very, very, very few songs better than this one. Rest in peace, Jeff.
