Garth hasn’t been a fan of streaming platforms, particularly the revenue model and how it focuses more on the song than the album. His music wasn’t available to stream until about 2016 and even then, only on amazon music. The Chris Gaines album -the album this song is on- isn’t available to stream pretty much anywhere. You can find it on Pandora, but only as a radio playback due to licensing issues, or the type of license they have to be able to play it at all. Simply put, he doesn’t want it on iTunes...

I can't believe his people haven't snatch this off yet he's so protective over his music. I absolutely adored the song when it came out and I had been a Garth brooks fan since I was a kid and the song came out when I was a teenager and I bought the single I loved it I couldn't believe other people didn't like it and it's a damn shame now you can't stream it anywhere.

You should go to one of his concerts!!! Saw him 2 times in Knoxville, TN on UT campus at Thompson–Boling Arena. Garth had tickets capped at like $50 max price. In 96 he did a 3 hour concert of his country music. Then after coming back out on stage 3 times due to the audience literally shaking the facility he addressed the audience...asked we give him a few minutes to get some fluids and he would come back out. He did and he played for almost 2 more hours sing KISS, Elton John, James Taylor, Billy Joel and other artist songs! Most of that was done with him just playing acoustically himself and singing. Best concert I have ever been to! Payed $37.50 a piece for the tickets for my now ex-wife and I.

I really liked this CD great music, never understood the whole alter ego thing, it just sounds like Garth singing a more R&B style, neverthe less great album.

Thanks to the Garth Brooks special, i had totally forgotten about this cd and never took it seriously but at after listening to this song. I'm truly blown away. There's just something about this song. I went to Amazon and found the CD, so I'm pretty excited to listen to the whole cd. Amazing artist. And, thanks for the comments, you convinced me to buy the CD.

This man has SO much talent; talent that was influenced and informed by so many different artists and genres....such an utter shame that when he stepped outside of the "country" genre of music, so many of his "fans" (as well as others) turned on him; mocking and ridiculing the artist they professed to love and support.
I have this album and so much of it is wonderful. His vocal range, his ability to morph into more than the rootin tootin showman on stage and become completely different performer, with a completely different style.
Madonna has done it for decades...kudos to G for daring to stretch and grow as an artist.
Shame on the assho*les who derided him.
I'm not a county music fan, but I'm a Garth fan. 💖

I have read many times that Garth really doesn't like to share his music, just talk about it. Especially knowing how prolific he is..... that is so weird. The album Fun was promised in spring 2019. But that's beside the point: this song is groovy!
