I heard this song back in 2010, when I had recently been leaving a depression and attempted suicide. I remember hearing this song while moving to a completely different state and had no idea what would happen to me. I remember blasting this song on my iPod Touch (the old kind) and I really hoped that this move would be the change that my life needed. Nine years later, I currently am the director of the Youth for my church and conference. Honestly, I never knew that I'd follow through to this route of my life, but I always thank God for not having given up on me. I always tell my younger cousins that this song is my favorite because I've lived this song. God Bless You All. :)

This song is ever green, it's 9 years old and still a blessing. Heard it two years ago and just heard it today not long ago on shine FM Calgary. I ran home, and right now, I just don't want to heat anything else but this song.

At 15 I almost drowned
At 17 I drove down an icy country road doing 70, wrecked the car but not a scratch on me.
At 23 I drove over 45 miles drunk and have no memory of the trip

I was in a car accident five months ago. A small carrier train rammed into the drivers side of my car and dragged it 40 feet down the tracks. Ambulance came and this song was all I could think about.

I had a big exam this year and I wasn't really serious in class, thinking that I was going to pass anyway, the exam results came out 4 days ago, I failed completely, my heart was completely broken I but good thing a lot of people were there to give me some words of encouragement (mom and Dad) I felt like I wanted to end my life! I just remembered this song and it gives my more hope of my future, all of you who have big exams just keep God close and study and nothing will go wrong I wish you all Luck!

I came to faith in Jesus as a senior in high school. Everyone knew I had made a commitment to Christ. I did it in my lunch hour in the back of a cheerleaders pick up truck. My peers mocked me I did not care I was ready for my life to change for the better.

When I was 15 I stole a bunch of alcohol and walked the streets with a friend. I ended up passing out a few streets over in someone's front yard. My friend made it home after searching for me all night. I woke up in the back of an ambulance. My parents got called and came over furiously. I was in huge trouble and I thought my parents were gonna get rid of me. When I was finally done being hung over I was driving to school with my mom and this song came on. I thought God was done with me at this point in my life. My dad had talked to me about this being the time to be a man.

When I heard this song I cried silently as my mom drove. I hated her and I thought she hated me. I had to wait and see. Today, I love God, love my mom (and my dad), and am so thankful that God wasn't finished with me then. I created a youtube channel that gave me something to live for. I'm so happy that God's not finished with me yet.
