love this song so much! I knew a girl like this once upon a time!

Reminds me of being in a shady part of san francisco. The heavy fog and vague distant sounds and smells from a small dirty chinese restaurant...(kinda wish I was there now for brief moment) ah, the memories music brings

I would not have known who Box Scaggs is if it wasn't for Fosters PBS special. Of course I heard his good music. But never thought about it.
What made me aware of Him was a very nice man walking up to line in NYC shop asking if there was a place for a "guy like him to sit down in a place like this.. Then either that night or the following I saw a man that looked just like him on David Fosters PBS special.
Stuff like this has been happening a lot.
Anyway.. I certainly can dig listening to Box's music.. Especially 'Low Down' (always loved the song.. And the Sound). This time knowing more about the artist. Whether he was the guy in the store who needed to sit down or not ...
I see he will be appearing in NYC on Nov 14... The day before my birthday.
I'd highly consider going to see Him. '

Wonderful version of one of my favorite songs.

Hmm, this is a really nice track but the rest of the album is pretty pedestrian, if listenable in a rather soporific way. A couple of bog-standard blues, a carbon copy of a Willie Mitchell era Al Green track, and a couple of less than memorable ballads. I've loved much of his work ever since the Steve Miller days but his recent success rate has declined. "Dig" was by far the best thing he's done in the last 20 years. Unquestionably one of the great rock male vocalists and he manages to steal the show with The Dukes of September.

Fabulous concert Memphis Tour in Australia! Big thumbs-up to the playlist which included this track and some old stuff, which had everyone on their feet and the floor bouncing!!

saw him in torrington ,ct worst concert I ever saw, only played a few famous songs played for himself , screw his fans . if you want to hear his old music you won't hear it at his concerts. retire you old fart , new music is garbage.

Saw Boz last night at the Orpheum in Memphis. All I can say is OMG. At this age, he sounds better than he ever did and his live versions of his old classics and his new music from his Memphis album sounds better than his recordings! And, what a band! Go see him -- one of the best concerts ever.

Can't get enough of Boz! He is truly a treasure in the music world...Been listening to him since the early 70's...Vocally, he actually sounds as good as ever!! Definitely will see one of is concerts somewhere this summer...He played the Syracuse Jazz Fest a few years ago and hit it out of the PARK!!!! Go Boz!!!!! You go, my brother!!!

Remembering seeing Boz 43 years ago in a TV & radio special with 2 receivers tuned to two different radio stations allowing for true 4 channel content. I was very impressed with his material and his coolness. Heard this song today from a local college station. He sounds as good as ever. It's not so bad growing old when you see your heroes aging with you...*S*
