This song takes me on a journey back to days of my youth. When we had high school bands and I was gun twirler and also played the clarinet. My music teacher Mrs Hopkins who wore poodle skirts with her long black hair. She loved teaching us children's how to sing and use instruments. It was time of being innocent and the future was far off. Shawn has such a beautiful voice. So much so that you could indeed go on that journey with him. While listening to this song and feel tears falling down your cheeks. For those few minutes. Your with your grandma looking and talking to her. Not realizing that one day she'll be gone. The smell and sound of her will greet you just for a moment with this song. Thanks Shawn for giving us such a lovely song to take a journey while on
