it seems like he was lipsyncing but it is always good to see Boy on his good old days.

Yeah... He lip-syncs a lot I've noticed, but of course that is his own voice recorded.

It was not Georges fault I think. The whole show this was taken from is lip sync. Guess it was a time and budget issue.
