Thank you for the upload. But above all, thank you Bowie for the gifts. So many gifts.

I am so happy to see all the respect Mr. Bowie has received since his passing. When I was a young fan, many ridiculed him and did not take his music and artistry seriously. In the movie, Saturday Night Fever, the characters made fun of him. That part was later removed. Too bad he did not receive all these tributes and recognition for his art while he was alive. Others of his generation have received Knighthoods and such. Perhaps he turned it down, I don't really know. Perhaps our memories are better. Statutes will never contain a man. Like graves, they only preserve a poor reflection of a body. His music has preserved his grace, dignity and integrity.

He got his share of fame. Now the best is just keep listening to his songs and enjoy your life, and be yourself---don't be afraid of being yourself, true to yourself, your heart and values, and don't be afraid to grow and change till the end. That''s the Recognition he deserves.

I could NOT agree more. In 1973 my life changed. It will never be the same now. I used to have to stick up for him when his genius went over the heads of everyone around me. Didn't matter I stuck with him and I was right. Genius, all the others have fallen by the wayside. He will be remembered forever.
