Born Of Osiris - Goddess Of The Dawn Lyrics
It's time to react - it's holding me back
If the design was built to fail, can we avoid our absolute destruction?
Could you feel a sense of doubt
The first sign arrived and showed us something real
Begin to trace the truth of our ways
Feel the need to see a direction
So we color in these imperfections
I can safely say it's love that connects us
When the weight of the world starts to break you
Gravity brings down to reality
Will you lift up and join me in the clouds, or stay planted to the ground
Will you cleanse your hands and eyes from future corrupted minds?
Escape from the body the bones and the flesh
Integrate soul in galactic distress
Layers and years, tension and fright
The creatures beyond us in disguise

Born Of Osiris Goddess Of The Dawn Comments
Wat a intro dat riff is just epic cant get enough of intro
That intro just wow 😳
Shit, that opening goes way beyond music theory. What the hell is that? Db minor D minor Ab minor E minor. What key is that even???? Why does it sound so good?????
How do they even come up with that shit? Do they just blindly pick 4 random notes and build a progression around it????
Or maybe they pick intervals to jump too. Db to D = Augmented Unison, D to Ab = Tritone, Ab to E = Major 3rd/minor 6, E to Db/C# = minor 3rd..... I DON'T KNOW
woooow :O
Joe needs to shine more i like his vocals more kinda lol IJS 😂🙌
theres's a part missing on the lyrics
At 0:03 i released this song was dope
aukutski no hime
Ending reminded me of Exist on A Higher Place
i loveee thisssss. I hope all metal core prog bands go in this direction.
Sick ! 1:35
their lyrics though
the ending is sick
What's the number just before infinite?
instrumental version?
0:30 oooooooooooooooooo my that woke me up
fucking atom bomb seriously lol
NEW REIGN VIBES NIGGA
I approve
Bad ass.
Wow, I think I found some new workout music.
2:45 a pretty decent Randy Blythe impersonation
I love how this is kind of a Pantera style Born Of Osiris song lol. Fucking sick!
Kinda sounds like old school boo. I love it.
Is it possible to shit cum?
I like this but do I hear crack rock vocals? lol
The melody starting at 0:46, sounds like something I think I heard on a Periphery song, but I just can't find it. Any ideas?
That Born Of Osiris "IH" Sound: Dedede IH dede IH.
Best song on the album, resilience comes damn close though
The very end sounds like Within The Ruins
They've released like 4 or 5 songs off the album already. I hope it's not like when Digital Veil finally came out and I realized I already heard more than half the album
+Garrett Thompson I've listened to the entire thing a few times already. Trust me, you wont be disappointed with the rest. They're stronger IMO.
❤ *.*!
Giselle Navarro 🙌💙
nothing better than stumbling across a fucking master piece!!
why did they release throw me in the jungle first? all of the releases after have been absolute shred fest bangers... I'm loving this shit. I'm glad they still have their roots
GTFO if you got a new vocalist you just sunk the last nail into your own coffin.
+mike schaefer their vocalists are the same
+mike schaefer obviously dont listen to boo lol
The vocals remind me Speed from Soilwork on Predator's Portrait.
Omg... This is fucking breast As fuck!
BoOring as always. No surprise.
2:46 sounds like dez fafara
0:31 A HIGHER PLACE THROWBACK
I liked Throw me in the jungle.
Within The Ruins-y-ish sounding at the end
BOO IS BACK BITCHES
HNNNNNNNG
I still feel like its missing that jason richardson touch but I still dig it
This band sounds like Born of Osiris.
Oh no, just when I have to study a wild Osiris song appears and it's fking awesome /m /
Born Of Osiris' work is amazing, they always bring something new to the table while still tying down their own sound to the song. I love it!
420 comments..... wait
this is definitely going to be a badass album lml
I love how they sprinkled in some of The New Reign in here. lol its good to see them touching on their roots
sounds more like a higher place than new reign but hopefully the new album will influence both as both albums are amazing
There are a lot of new vocal styles (for this band) in here it's kinda cool
Solo at the end sounds like within the ruins
Drumming sounds more polished I will say that
sounds like chelsea grin
Whoa, I have to admit that 'throw me in the jungle' was really dissapointing and I was thinking that this album will be worse than TWDA but hell, this and risilence are fucking good, It's like the classic the new reign songs with a higher place melodies and the discovery solos or something like that, It's awesome, well done BoO, I waiting for this album! And I didn't expect that I would give a shit about it
eh not bad look on the bright side, you could be veil of maya
I'm sick of the riffs that have no melody to them like the chorus, and nothing really was memorable of this track. It wasn't bad but come on.
Holy shit man this song kicks ass it has an immersive feel to it
I like how they're not sounding as djenty
way to take a huge dump guys....
Michael Cole: "VINTAGE BOO! VINTAGE BOO!"
at 2:45 my whole body turns into an infinite head banging machine where my soul is perfectly in tune with the epic entity which is boo metal!
Imo
1. Probably soul sphere
2. Discovery
3. The new reign/ tomorrow we die alive (both good for different reasons)
4. A higher place
lovely song, just lovely...
I'm going to replay this until I hate it.
How come and there is no comments in here?
How sad
this is the best song they have ever done
The Underachievers released their new album, now Boo is releasing theirs soon. Now, if Tool came out with theirs too I'd never forget 2015 period. But, the mystery leaves with curiosity which I patiently wait for.

Mmm, that was delicious!
I thought for a moment, wow these guys are finally going back to 8 years ago. Then the cleans kicked in and then the progressiveness was non-existent afterwards.
Definitely getting more of a "A Higher Place" vibe from this song, which I like.
I can always have a good chuckle reading these comments. Anyway, this shit is fire m8s.
I do not like their clean vocals at all.
this song is pretty live
Check out "Throne of Tyranny" some good shit there!
sounds like classic old Osiris, me gusta!!
y'all need to stop looking at the past and move on to the future. why compare it to the old shit? just appreciate it as the new shit and love it for it's self.
Because that just a natural response to life.
im like Donald trump rich and I say whatever I feel this is good
Man, the Born Of Osiris is fucking BACK.
People are saying that The New Reign is back, but to me this sounds like it came straight off of A Higher Place
Its like they just keep adding onto one big song with everything they release
This is shaping up to be the insane album people expected after The Discovery. Not saying TWDY is bad, but this definitely has a more natural progression from The Discovery than that album had.
I feel an influence from every single album plus a new twist. Honestly didn't think anything could top resilience but here comes this riff.
Anybody here saying that "The New Reign" is their master piece is out of their damn mind. Go listen to the Discovery... That's a fucking master piece. The New Reign is literally like 30 minutes long
I hear some New Reign in here, but not enough for my taste. Not a bad song thou
viva Born Of Osiris “*---*"
i like the first albums and machina is the hit after the last album lost a lot only like one song and may be indiferent... you should return to the base of osiris ( follow the signs , divergency, bow down... never the lost base of the band... now are a lot of bands of djent... melodic but insnt make a storng music all goes to a noise...with a melodic scream.... ahhahahaha nnnn for example the first album of korn... very god ,but now a little rabish... and sorry i like too... i think in only band machine head all albums change the style but are a big discography you never change the songs mmm tac tac tac only the eleven is good.... you know...? and now i heard follow the signs xd... sorry for my english...
Bad mixing. I cant hear the plates and there are many high frequences.
Very good song though!!
the vocals though !
This song is definitely good i hope this is what the album turns out to be.. If not I'll still jam to it
the fucking ending vocal BIIIGG
This is amazing Sounds like a track off the New Reign. BOO going back to their roots
