My two favourite male vocalists in one video, this is still absolutely epic! Vortex catapults my soul everytime up to the skies, and Garm warms my heart with melancholy, it's just the perfect blend!

Damn, those clothes Vintersorg, only the Tacoma is missing 😂. Bad choice for a metal clip IMHO.

I’ve loved Borknagar since The Olden Domain, but something about Vintersorg’s clean vocals really resonate with me. When he sings “Win-terrr” it immediately brings back nostalgia of listening to The Stellar Dome under the stars all those years ago.

I'm not up to speed on black metal, but i have read in the comments that this is a collaboration. What are the singers/bands involved? Because wow, this is incredible.

Borknagar is basically a black metal supergroup. Lazare, the keyboard player and the first vocalist, also plays in Solefald. ICS Vortex, vocalist number two, plays bass and has also been part of bands like Arcturus and Dimmu Borgir. Kristoffer "Garm" Rygg is the main man from Ulver, who used to be a big black metal band but drifted into very different waters over the years. He also used to be in Arcturus and he's only making a guest appearance on this track. The final vocalist, doing the screams, is Vintersorg (from the eponymous Vintersorg). The guitarists aren't as well known outside this band and the drummer is Baard Kolstad, who has played with bands including Leprous, In Vain, the aforementioned Solefald and God Seed. Despite being under 30 he's played with a lot of Norwegian metal bands, basically.
