Strange how many people have to hang their hat on comparison.. it sounds like so and so. Seems to me that overall point has been lost. Here we have a kickass song. Why is it a kickass song? Simple. It has groove,great feel and a hunger. One has to have sit in their skull to NOT hear how hungry Bon Jovi was while recording this track and in fact,ALL of New Jersey!! Oh yeah,another point of interest...I myself ,am not really a big fan of the band. That said,a kickass song is a kickass song!! Listening to this track in 2019 and watching the band live ( with the thankful addition of Phil X) it appears as some new energy has been brought to the table. Cheers to Bon Jovi and great songwriting. For a band to have even one tenth of their longevity, is a.feat!!
