Great news!! I started working with coldplay to help the homeless.

Chris martin is helping us.
Onepercentage.org is an non profit in los Angeles to help the homeless.

Also to raise awareness about suicide prevention.
Like I stated, I lost my best friend Jason to suicide when we were 27.
If I can save one person , that would make me so happy.

We will be playing on kxsc radio USC during March!!!Brand new songs!!

This will be our fourth time doing the acoustic punk rock show.
They have been asking us to play for about a yr.

This song reminds me of a simpler time in my life where everything was right. Me my mom and dad use to go over to my Papa's house. And I remember we all use to hang out and my papa always played blues songs like this. I was really young still Iam but looking back I wouldn't have thought that.Just listen to these kind of songs brings back so many memories. It's crazy how life goes by so fast.

I got the chance to see Bobby Womack perform @ the Venue Theater in Hammond, Indiana before he went home to be with the Lord. Bobby Womack was a musical genius, I'm a longtime admirer of him and his musical works. I use to play this tune a lot back in the 1970's, it reminds me of my first cousin Andre who was like Harry Hippie. My cousin Andre was a veteran of the United States Army, he drowned in Lake Michigan in Chicago in 1995. RIP Bobby Womack 😇💞 RIP Andre 😇💞

I remember way back in early 80’s I was a young troubled girl. I ran away across the country. I met Bobby Womack in LA. My older sister played his music day n night. The moment I saw him I knew exactly who he was. I told him we needed to get to a phone ... no cell phones at that time. I know he thought I was crazy, but I had to call my sister. He said he was on his way to his studio. I remember him punching a code to get in. Once inside he went around talking to everyone. Meanwhile I was looking for a pay phone. I saw one on the wall ( back then pay phones were everywhere) Anyway I called my sister and told her I was with Bobby Womack. I asked him to say hi to her. She starts singing all his songs in his ear. To this day my sister always smiles at that memory. He was a really cool dude.

when they made this song they was talking about my brother norman everything was cool before he joined the army and when he lost his best friend he lost it and the army sent him home and he haven't been the same so when i hear this song it makes me think about my brother norman. he was my hero growing up i wanted to be like him i use to follow him around everywhere he taught me everything i know but to see him like that, that shit hurt me i was riding and i saw him on the corner begging for money and i got out my car and said norman and he said how you know my name i said you don't remember me he said no but you look familiar i grab him and hug him and said it's me jeremy your baby brother and he cried and said he was hungry and he haven't seen me in 6 years i never knew he was out of the army i brought him home and cook for my brother and now he's doing good he have a good job and he is living in his own home and he thanked me for saving his life i told him you're my brother and i love you
