i thought Noel and Liam basically hated each other

quite boring and mediocre in comparison with their old stuff. wouldn't sit through whole album like this. same about "under the westway". there's no environment now to inspire britpop anymore and they decided not to continue experimental path, that began with 13\Think Tank and evolve it(after all those years nothing new to express? no new inspirations? really?), for some reason. and this is just very watered down, boring britpop.

Why do people complain about them being old? Why don't they want a new album? Just because you're so narrow-minded to anticipate that you will not like their new sound doesn't mean they shouldn't make a new album. If you don't want them to record something new, don't listen to it.
