Hearing Eric Bloom croak these horrible lyrics...Albert and Joe Bouchard must have laughed themselves stupid and Sandy Pearlman - rest his soul - probably was dumbfounded. I heard Curse... went cardboard in Estonia.
Peter this track does nothing for me personally along with a couple of others on this album but there are a number of nice songs on this record, especially from Buck ... I also particularly like Out Of The Darkness where I think it suits Eric's (current) voice very nicely ....

Those hungry for more Blue öyster Cult could maybe try listen to "Blue Coupe". The band with the Bouchard brothers of original Blue Öyster Cult and basist Dennis Dunway from original Alice Cooper. They have two albums out!
Killer bass, keyboards and lead. Sorry, but I like this song because of it's boogie feel, lyrics not a problem for me either, sorry haters (even from 5 years ago, lol). I could listen to this multiple times in a row, it has everything it needs to be a major jam. But, I'm a huge Bucks Boogie fan, not everyone is, though I don't understand that either.
I've never been a huge fan of Buck's Boogie, but it's a really cool tune. I just prefer other songs to be played, I think. Still, it really showcases his skills as a guitarist and is fun to listen to.
I am in the minority with you Rob. I think this is an excellent tune. It is not typical of Cult but their eclecticism is what sets them apart.

"It's good to be angry when you're ready to yell"? Absolutely the worst lyrics BOC has even done, and I'm familiar with 'Let Go'.
It's a very un-Cult like song along with a couple of others on this release. I still found plenty to like though overall but those Bouchard sized gaps are pretty obvious to see.
