I had forgotton about this track it came up on my timeline , it's great . 4 years later and mainstream music is in an even worse state , all this RnB , Mumble Rap (USA) , Grime (in UK) it's all awful it keeps worming its way back in like a coackroach , well done all you sheep for allowing to be force fed such crap .This is a brave and quality sounding track from Mary with quality House Music , if you don't understand the style that's cos your ignorant. :)

Why can't they play THIS in clubs, instead of the crappy remixes?

I’ve been a Mary J. fan since her beginning and this sound was a refreshing departure from her framework. Capitol really dropped the ball and promoted it wrong. This album should’ve been and promoted as a all house album. The wrong singles were picked and sent for radio. ‘Follow’ ‘and ‘Pick Me Up’ are just some of the singles which should have lead the album. This album was magical because it really shows you Mary’s versatility and how Mary J. Blige is this generations Aretha Franklin

Disclosure and Mary makes magic. I know this song was a few years back but please collab again!

Actually this is House music (the kind we called "underground"); nothing new to Mary or anyone around in the early 90s when it was popular here in the U.S. If I'm not mistaken it was created here by African Americans but became less popular over the years although it is still played in some clubs here today. I love it and I am truly in love with this album. You couldn't go to a college party here in the early 90s and not hear this music. I've truly missed it. This was back when people danced until their hair sweat out and didn't care; walked into the party looking all nice and walked out looking a mess from dancing so hard all night; but we didn't care. lol. Fun times.

This is probably the BEST dance track released this year!! In order for you to appreciate DANCE music you must know 'dance'! Dance is suppose to transpose you, and take you away mentally. However, when your mind is small, or your music knowledge, you wind up with a one-dimensional musical ear. Or maybe even making senseless comments about such an amazing record...... (wont mention any names,,,,,below. lol)

I was a little "late to the party " on The London Sessions, but I MUST say that I'm glad I picked it up. This song ALONE is reason enough to buy it, for me. I love a good dance track and was wondering if people forgot about this music.

The London Sessions is brilliant! The entire set, start to finish, immortalized her career and has propelled her to Icon status! Primo shit here.

This is nice. Overall, I'm not impressed with this album, but I like two songs. The singles are nice, but they just don't stick.
