The song is beautiful but she does drown him out in the chorus.  I've heard it on radio and it sounds great they're voices are in sink, I've also heard it on another youtube upload and their voices compliment each other so it may just be the recording for this one that makes her voice overpowering or his is just not loud enough.

They are kind of harmonizing, obviously her voices is higher therefore it might drag more attention.
