Lynyrd Skynyrd, The Allman Brothers and ZZ Top were probably the only southern rock bands that were actual good songwriters. All the other bands are just compitent imitators treding water with occasional glimpses of glory in the southern rock genre

They are Sundy's best with talent.

IMHO they're more popular than ppl think. They're playing Bridgestone Arena in Nashville this spring & are a sure shot to sell it out. Kind of a "cult" following since there's no more true rock or s rock anymore. They are definitely filling a need. Keep on keepin' on BS!!

This video is very cool. The guy in the woods is very clearly cooking meth, plus I'm 99% sure Charlie says "pills and meth kiss of death 💀 pawnshop slip is all I got left". I'd refer that to using til you pawned all you're stuff and that receipt is all you got to show for it. Beyond that. Too high could be double meaning referring to drugs and also the feeling of being knocked to rock bottom and everything from that point of view is just too high of a barrier to overcome. My best. Anyone???

seen them at soaring eagle in mt. pleasant Michigan...they opened the show for zz top and seen them on the casino floor afterwards what a bunch of down to earth good ole boys, was able to walk up to them and they talked like we were family!! hope to keep on hearing them make new music

Honored to have seen them play several years ago at a place in TN called Cotton eyed Joe's. It was the most awesome stage performance, and they sounded amazing live. Afterwards, I met a few band members, including Charlie, shook his hand and told him how awesome the music sounded.
