Black Sabbath - Some Kind Of Woman Lyrics

She's young, but Lord what a woman, she's quick as a brawl at five
She's class, one hell of a woman, she really confused my mind
She's bad, power of the pleasure is far enough to chase
She's fast, power of the pedal is keeping up the pace

Wise up, she's some kind of woman
Wise up, you can't get away
Wise up, ooh
Just when you think that it's safe

I'm gone, I can't justify when I ain't got some control
So long, I ain't gonna stop till I step right off this world
She's gone, I guess I'm the winner of an innocent little time
Don't look, a tap on the shoulder sends a shiver down my spine

Wise up, she's some kind of woman
Wise up, you can't get away
Wise up, oh
Just when you think that it's safe
She's back

Crying, to give all my loving but I never was enough
I cried, I prayed up to Heaven but the Lord said, "Boy that's tough"
This smile, only served me to ruin me when I thought I had direction
That walk, how the hell did she do it, every move was perfection

Wise up, she's some kind of woman
Wise up, you can't get away
Wise up, ooh
Just when you think that it's safe
Ooh she's back
Ah she's back
Ah my motor's running
It's buzzing
Ooh she's back
Ah
Ooh she's back

  7. n.... ....

I think people are very subjective when it comes to art ... and that's ok ... but I think that when you see something as a commercial product and not as an expression of the artist or the art itself... then you are missing the point of enjoying art in general. I'm other words you are not admiring the art but rather just satisfying your own perception of it

  8. W.... L....

dunno what this shit is, but I'm glad it was ditched

  9. h.... ....

headless cross, black sabbath with Tony Martin is better album, but Tony Martin is solid.in both albums, headless cross is a better album

  10. E.... S....

NAHHHHHHH... THAT'S NOT THE SABBATH I KNOW....TO FAST...& SOUND'S LIKE HALEN... I'LL PASS...ID RATHER LISTEN TO SYMPTOM OF THE UNIVERSE !!!!!

  11. D.... ....

Sounds like someone stuck a Tony Iommi solo in a Van Halen solo. Eternal Idol is a very underrated album.

  12. Y.... S....

Eternal Idol is a decent and still relevant heavy rock of the eighties... IMHO, that's a good one but not sure it fits with the "Usual" Sabbath imagery... Should have been a solo assumed album... Maybe that was the case cause the first singer hired for eternal idol was Ray Gillen...

👽🤖👾🛰️☄️🚀🖖 Sabbath Halen Sabbath, Halen Sabbath Halen! 🤘

  14. W.... G....

    Yeah...Eddie Van Iommi

  15. G.... R....

Actually Eddie Van Halen gives a riff to Tony Iommi for one song recorded in Black Sabbath´s "Headless Cross" album. (or "Cross Purposes", i´m not sure).
EVH and Tony Iommi are friends since Van Halen first tour doing the opening act to Black Sabbath in 1978.

    G.... R....

I remember that Queen guitarist Brian May recorded a solo for the Headless Cross album.

    G.... R....

The song that Van Halen wrote, is 'Evil Eye' from the 'Cross Purposes' album

    G.... R....

Brian May recorded the guitar solo from the song When Death Calls.

  16. t.... 8....

    Van sabbath

    t.... 8....

    Black Halen.

    t.... 8....

Lol. Exactly what I thought. Owoooooo

  17. W.... S....

Sorry to say, hope that I am wrong, but allthough this is a very good guitar player, I doubt if this is Tony Iommi. Tony is able play this for sure, but the sound is not really his and the frasing or the pick-up tech is different, so I say this is not T.I. playing. Please tell me I'm wrong, cheers.

    W.... S....

This is him playing. Although this kind of track is not so common in Iommi's outstanding career, in Black Sabbath or out of it, he surely played this song. If you listen to second solo album you'll doubt if he recorded it, the songs are a little bit different. Tony Iommi is the Riffmaster, but he can also play a hard rock tune like this.

    W.... S....

It's Tony for sure and tell by the down stroke phrase chord, nice difference.

    W.... S....

The solo gives it away that it's Tony

  18. J.... R....

I think Van Halen stole the idea for Hot for Teacher

    J.... R....

So I think you are a complete stupid or born after 1990....

    J.... R....

It is obvious that you have no musical ability at all Gee, and are
    only mesmerized by the lyrics.

    J.... R....

Hot for Teacher was released in 1984
    This was released in 1987
It's impossible for Van Halen to have stolen this, at least for Hot for Teacher

  19. A.... L....

It's because this song was written by tony Martin

  20. D.... ....

Yeah, it's not a bad song, but glad it wasn't on the album too. Eternal Idol is one of my favourite Sabbath albums.

  21. L.... Q....

    Tony Iommi: guitars
    Tony Martin: vocals
    Bob Daisley: bass
    Eric Singer: drums

  22. K.... R....

Black Halen - Van Sabbath - Blacksnake

  23. L.... R....

Awesome track, there's no limit for Iommi's masterful playing.

  24. Z.... C....

yes, great track, but an experiment if we can see seriously .I Wish Martin can be the man once again in Sabbath. Saludos.

  25. j.... ....

Jesus, I was expecting DLR to start singing!

  26. F.... ....

Glad someone decided to drop this song it would have ruined a fine album. This album is stunning if you ask me.

  27. D.... ....

@guitarbassplayer68 its course and scally, evil biatch!!!!!

  28. m.... ....

    this is gooood!
    I love it!
    Martin rlz!!!

  29. P.... ....

@RawkTheNations You hit the nail on the head!

  30. A.... ....

@szymx2 This was originally on "The Shining" single. I think Tony Martin wrote the lyrics, probably to show his writing skills, so logically he was the only singer for this one. Ray was long gone by the time that single showed up. There is the first Black Moon version ( from Headless Cross ) on that single too, that is why both songs are on the "Deluxe Edition" of Eternal Idol. Anyway, Tony Martin wrote all the lyrics on the next albums he sung on. Cheers ;)

  31. S.... K....

Was that song sung by Ray Gillen ?

    S.... K....

    szymx2 Tony Martin

  32. J.... P....

@DarkRetroFan64 Get all the albums, everyone all are fine!!!

  33. C.... B....

  34. C.... B....

    @TheSlumberjack I 2nd that lol

  35. T.... ....

reminds me of van halen, actually

  36. O.... G....

superb track but doesn´t fit to the dark songs from Eternal Idol, sounds like David Coverdale/Whitesnake

  37. s.... ....

    Thanx! Great song

  38. S.... W....

    pretty cool song,

  39. B.... ....

WMG will find this a pull it off cause it on the Eternal Idol, but nice find
