That actually sounded pretty good. Joe is a great guitarist, but he needs a front man to get beyond the edge in the lyrics. Same deal as Led Zeppelin worked to be: Jimmy Page needs Robert Plant's lead voice (and I'm not comparing the two bands).

Seriously...one of the greatest vocalists ever, and still has the chops.

The crew is OK, the guitarists sweep super, the drummer plays great but the voice ... This vocalist isn't David Cordale or Slash unfornately.

I saw Glenn Hughes live once with another supergroup. David Coverdale was mainly handling the vocals, Tommy Bolin on guitar and of course Jon Lord on the Hammond B3 and Ian Paice on drums. Any old geezers out there that saw any of them shows? Those were the days!

Excellent song - what a band! Jason, your old man would be proud of you! Glenn at 60+, friggin' amazing, Derek's Hammond sound is great and as for Joe - just the coolest MF that's emerged in the last decade with a howling Les Paul.
