In this time, we live in society where those things are denied which is part of the reason why many of us feel that something is wrong and search for meaning. We need people like Bjork to inspire us to live emotionally, embrace our beautiful imperfection, and be in tune with God again.

It's not "Off the album Debut".
It was made specifically for the film The Young Americans, (starring Harvey Keitel) and was the only song released as a single from the soundtrack.
Then it was only added, as a bonus track, to a later re-issue of 'Debut' after Bjork's manager convinced her it should be.
I still have the CD single, (which has several versions of the song on it, as well as an instrumental version) which I bought at the time. Great song that's aged very well indeed.
