i remember when i was sixteen and i exhausted her entire discography and i found out about the concept of b-sides and found this track. got me so shook, holds a special splace for me for sure!

@BABERZZZ619 basically artists release singles known as a-sides, then they use a linked track that may or may not appear on the album the single was taken from this song is the b-side, like I go humble is to Isobel (taken from Post)

@BABERZZZ619 singles used to be released on vinyls and as there's two sides to vinyl disc they put bonus tracks on a "b-side" of vinyl. In cd era it went on as a tradition and in digital era it became obsolete

this is one of my favourite LFO tracks and never knew Bjork did a version until today. Sounds great!

This song really captured Bjork's cute, girly, and poppy side. This has to be my favorite song of hers next to her Anchor Song. I missed this stage a lot.

I realise this is a late reply, but if you like this then you should check out a band called LFO (led by the deceased Mark Bell)... This track was actually written by Mark Bell and Bjork just sings over the top of it.
The album is called "Advance" I think... and the original track is called "Shove Piggy Shove" And here's a link!

This is not true. Of course there are songs like this one (I go Humble) where you find collaborations of hers putting melody above instrumentals... But calling her entire catalogue "pretty much the instrumental under the original artists name" is unfair. She is a (skilled) composer and producer as well.

Depends what you mean by original. The original version of all bjork songs are pretty much the instrumental under the original artists name. Most people who think they are bjork fans are mark bell fans, and that's from a sugarcubes fan.

@AcTNBumpChannel LFO are an amazing electro/techno band! It seems Plaid have taken more than a few leaves out of LFO's book! They sound very similar indeed. Both are great though, no doubt...=O)

@terenceokane Spot on! Incidentally, LFO are an awesome band. Their first album has it's 20th Anniversary re-release this week too! Yeah, LFO wrote the tune and Bjork laid vocals on top. Funny I only found this out recently cos I bought the LFO album, heard it, and was like "Huh? I know this tune!". See, it was one of my favourite Bjork songs and now I've found out it's NOT a Bjork song! LoL! But yeah, with her magic vocals she's definitely polished it off... =OD
