I don't know why, but I feel so cold listening to this song. It's truly a special experience.

Their music reminds me of Paradise lost when they played industrial music (Especially Symbol of life album)

I like this band a lot. And their texts sound so lyrical and mysterious, despite I often don't understand what do they sing about

I'll never forget the night I got to meet the whole band ❤️ it was November 2008, I skipped school to be there first in line and I held Chibis hand while they played Red Stars

For years I listened to this song and never really thought about the lyrics. But what I take from it is that sometimes pride and arrogance can ruin friendships and relationships because what you're fighting over isn't real. Just the made up ego and importance that exists in a cold place away from the warm love in your heart that makes it all work in the first place. I'm 34, and I can tell you that this actually happens...and it's a damn shame

Discovered this band last year. Love their sound.

I saw these guys live 12 years ago when they first started getting big. Best concert of my life... Was with my girlfriend at the time and my best friend. Was absolutely magical. Venue was Grape Street in NYC.

I have not bought a CD or anything in over 10 years... I started buying their entire discography. Why? Because even though I own digital streaming formats that have them, even though youtube and pandora play their music i can not risk some type of apocalyptic situation where we lose those platforms and i lose their music. If the world ends i will have their CDs with me, its one of the few things in the world i actually care about. I am so happy i was exposed to them last year

The synth sound combined with the female vocals and the metal backing is a fantastic combo.

I've been in love since 2008 and i still have so much for this band. Bands come to my mind from time to time that i've listened to in the past and enjoyed and i'll give em a listen if it passes my mind. The birthday massacre is on a whole different plateau of music in all honesty there is no other band that I can come back to be it a week a month or whatever and still love it and not be the least bit bored with it i've had the opportunity to see these guys live and let me tell you it is absolutely worth it if you get the chance don't pass it up they dont come to my area often but if i were able I'd go to all their concerts.

I e seen them live 7 times since 2008..... discovered them in 2006 never not been in the front row for every single concert....chibi has hugged me and I've met falcore but my altime dream and goal is a meet and greet with the whole band lol

yeah it would be nice you can do that meet and greet thing to be sure,but i used to hear that they would hang out afterwords with fans but idk for sure really the show i went to they headed out directly after they were done as was I emilie autumn was there but im not a big fan of her so i just split

Honestly, this just makes me think of Batman and his rogue's gallery...probably because I was reading a Batman graphic novel the first time I listened to this...

But I think a lot of TBM songs fit Batman's world, and that's not a bad thing.

@asher labrousse Due to how some of the lyrics on most of their songs are like I do see how they remind one of Batman and the world he lives in which is awesome not to mention the gothic feel to the songs help drive the batman vibe further. :)

“Lover’s End” is what I heard first and loved, then “Happy Birthday” hooked me and I immediately bought the album “Violet” and loved every song on it and have been a diehard TBM fan ever since! (Even though I feel that “Under Your Spell” is one their weakest albums. But still good!)

Their music actually has meaning. Not only in their lyrics but the sound of the music itself. That's what is missing in most music today.

Yes... I thought they reminded me of Evanescence. I think I prefer Evanescence, because they have a few really wonderful songs. But in general, I think the quality of BM's music is more for me.

This is the TBM song that got me hooked.... The music just seems to resonate with me on some deeper level.. i grew up in the 80's, so every time i listen to TBM its like stepping back in time. reminds me of nights watching reruns of tales from the crypt and nightmare on elm street...

I think her voice is just fine, it counterbalences the Industrial feel of the music and adds a bit of peace to all of the chaos. I think they should add an extra layer to the vocals in producing their music for that reason though, but I love them even still

If I only had one complaint about TBM, it's just that their music is SO heavy, and sometimes the vocalist kinda gets drowned out. .
