@Seabass 2001 So did I -- in a music store, for $10 in 1993:) Then in 2004-05, as a sound-alike, I performed these tracks in my shows. This album was my absolute favorite to perform, next to the "Valley of the Dolls" album be made in Generation X.

As i have said on another channel. Yeah I know the album was a commercial flop. I went out and got this CD when it was released in 93. In my opinion this record is a masterpiece of song writing and recording engineering. Listen to the lyrics what he is singing about, this record is telling a story about the World outside. Billy Idol was so ahead of the times when he released this in 1993.
@TOGI BOK Is there any explanation why did this happen? I remember it as it was the 1st cassette (Yes, cassette not CD) i bought in my life. It was about 20 years ago, i was a small kid who had no idea about this album (but hey- Cyberpunk! Must be good :) ...and it is still in top 3 of my favourites.

Can't help wondering if this was why the album flopped. Music can be used to inform people and Billy hit on so many points with the album. They can't have people thinking outside of the box and really thinking about the world outside of the viewpoint they want us to have. To use a current example: They want us to be chatting up how scandalous Miley Cyrus is. Chew on the cotton candy and don't think. It's late so I hope everybody gets what I'm trying to say.
