I just discovered this band 2 days ago (thank you YouTube!) and I am totally obsessed with them now.  Jennifer has an incredible voice which has a fantastic combination of beauty and power.   They have definitely gained a new fan here!!!

THE Bands that INCLUDE a guy/gal that sounds like their throat was CUT OPEN and sand and gravel was thrown in before they ?sang? RUIN EVERY OTHER ASPECT OF GREAT RIFFS AND SOPRANO ELOQUENT.

Only singer Jenifer Haben is left, the whole band got binned & a new lot replaced them...I feel the writing style isnt as good with the new lot, less intelligent, more metal than symphonic, if you know what I mean. Ofcourse, some new fans will prefer that , all a question of personal taste

I feel exactly the same way.   I don't even like harsh vocals/growls but in this case the beauty and the beast, back and forth between Jennifer and the male vocalist is an absolute perfect fit in this song.

For my understanding, there are so many unmusical misconceptions in metal so I as a hard rock guy can barely listen to it. I can't even respect it.

​@Emil Jantzengood for you, mate! my imagination of music puts melody and harmony on top priority, so you might understand why i for myself dont see most metal stuff as music. i dont think i am elitist in this thinking. it is just my personal taste. think about the worst kind of food for u. u feel disgust. i feel disgust when listening to most metal. my lack of respect for this music means: if somebody would bring me to a metal concert, i would spend at least 3/4 of the time outside. i would not harm any ppl who play or like the stuff, because anyone can do whatevery they want, even if i dont like it, as long as they are not harming others. my only intention was to elevate the message of my huge joy, that i found ppl, who understood and played the style supernice (in my opinion). that does not make me elitist dude. imo metal is just the genre with the highest "trash-tolerance ". bands with objectively shitty sound adjustments live with overly loud cymbals which cause pain and damage to your ears get cheered at, ppl who cant sing are glorified, because they just make ugly noise. is it about sounding shitty? well if that is the case, i really dont get the music. and i dont respect freaking bashing drums which cause hearing loss. just do your thing, i won't call you a lower-worth person or even think it. this was just about my taste.
