The whole premise of this song is that people just respond that they're "great" when making small talk, but actually think about saying much more, which they dont say.

The first verse is the sidehoe thinking all the things she'd like to say to his girlfriend, saying stuff like "yea im fucking em but you sleep with em"

Second verse is what the girlfriend would like to say to the side hoe all this time.
