très belle chanson ,une pure merveille ....elle fut adaptée en français par Nana Mouskouri , sous le titre de "Au coeur de septembre " en 1967 et ce qui est moins connu ,c'est l'adaptation qui en fut faite vers 1962 avec le titre "Tant que le monde "(paroles françaises de Jacques Séreys ) Try to remember s'entendait dans une comédie musicale de 1960 dans GREENWICH VILLAGE ,comédie appelé "Les Fantasticks " qui obtint ,dans ces lointaines années "60"le prix du meilleur spectacle off Broadway.

We remember our father and mother, because they met each other in september 1946 and fell in love. My Dad used to sing this song always for herafter my Dad died, Mam sang every year this song !!! That"s why I love this song . It's keeping me hanging on to my parents. I willalways love them. they were great, loved our son verry much. I miss my parents very much. But now its our turn we are grand parents now and we love it.
