Beck is always a totally entertaining genius and I'm always looking to find all the little samples and cool sound suprises he sprinkles in every song, like the one at 1:34 sounds like an 80's DEVO sample?... Some how Beck knew it would fit there and make the song more kinds of interesting so in it goes! To me,  only Mr Bungle ever took such great liberties with seemingly random sounds with such effectiveness. Where Beck has a timing and metaphoric genius Mike Patton has a sly gasp of mashing genres and tickling moods using his voice more like an instrument especially in Bungles brilliant California album where this Beck song would feel at home.

All of the above, but he has his own thang goin on. The man has been around and he is damn smart!

Beck is one of my favorites, sounds like you don't like Michael too much,thats okay you're entitled to your opinion & personal taste. I respect & admire Michael Jackson for many of his qualities,his genius for dancing,performing ,singing,his creative visions,his energy & his songwriting.What I wish he had less of was grandiosity (at least after Thriller) & also I wish he wouldn't have been self destructive with the plastic surgery and the medication that is sad, but really not for me to judge.
