I've been listening to them from their start. Funny, but I got weeks without hearing one of their songs, but if I listen to one, I'm down the 'rabbit-hole' for a couple of hours. Still love the music and harmony of the 'boys from Liverpoole'.

Been reading up on consciousness and then started listening to Beatles. That's when I found out what the mystics were talking about when they said if you imagine something it can become reality. Look at the Beatles. At first they were just thoughts, then words and finally music. They just thought of it and it became reality. Thank God I live in this reality, cause I really needed the Beatles in my life.

I saw them around our city several times and was very close to them after they became famous and I even stayed in the house that was owned by the original Beatles Manager. -

a good start would be to buy the red and blue albums, theres also a lot of stuff on you tube such as alternate takes of songs, also google the songs they gave away, amazing band. lucky you having to listen to them possibly for the first time. also check out songs like long long long, tommorow never knows and its all too much.

Rent or buy their two biggest movies, the first one was "A Hard Day's Night" and the second was "Help!" That will start you getting acquainted with them, how they looked, how they talked and sang, their sense of humor, their friendship. Most of the albums' contents seem to be here on you tube, so maybe you can listen without spending any $$$. There are probably books you can read with their history and photographs, etc.

I told some friends of mine, of all the celebrities that ever lived, the one I would have wanted to meet (or get to know) the most was George Harrison. And while I'm not the kind of person who's affected by the passing of someone I haven't known, his is the only one that has.
