Well how would you rearrange it? The structure is pretty standard, and it works perfectly.

@EJ2K - Perhaps the best way for me to describe is to use an analogy that most will understand. The chorus reaches the finale in the first minute. It's like premature ejaculation and the listener has to deal with a refractory period that deflates the experience while we desperately wait for another buildup. Problem is, once you blow your load early, the second load isn't as dramatic and intense. The goal is to stroke with various levels of intensity before eventually pounding it home.

shyman99 I guess it does get to the point fairly quickly, but I’ve been listening to this song since it was released and I’ve yet to grow tired of it. It’s unlike any other song the album structure wise because of the straight intro to chorus, so I guess it’s unique.

@EJ2K - I do like the song. I heard it on the car radio for the first time while driving and only heard the ending. I made a point to remember the title and listened to the full song on YouTube. So my original comment was my reaction to hearing the complete song for the first time.

Caleb made Beartooth as a therapy. It was a cure to his problems, healing them by letting it all out with screams and music. It was more than music, it was a confession, a man's suffering, that's what made it so genuine, authentic.
And now all I see is a Motorhead wannabe.
Things have changed, for the better or the worse.
