The secret to using autotune is to make it sound like you're not using autotune. I like the song, sounds great when it comes together but the autotune at the beginning is so jarring. I would rather hear the imperfections instead of someone crobarring the mix trying to making them sound like they used to. It's leaves a digital warble on several vocals on the new album i guess some people are confusing for some kinda a vocal tremolo lol.

This is one of their most uplifting and bubbly songs they've ever made. This is basically an antidepressant, without paying as much.

Catchy song that stays in your head. I really like it. There's nothing wrong with being nostalgic for the days when we were young and could "dance the night away." I also really appreciate the fact that David Marks has "come home" after all these years. It kind of brings things full circle.

Is it just me or is Mike Love getting harder to pick out from the full ensemble?  Gruffier and short on volume.  I think Father Time wacked Mike with the old man stick a tad hard.

Sorry, but it IS auto-tune. It was smothered across the entire album and ruined what could have been a pretty decent album. Oh well... We still have the several dozen seminal albums that they released in the 60s and 70s - still the greatest group ever.

A few posters have commented on the various albums that this would have fitted into over the years. In my view, the overall production and vocal arrangements place this very neatly on the 1980 'Keepin' The Summer Alive' Bruce Johnston produced album. Wonder if Bruce produced this track?

I actually know that they are going to do another album. I saw them at Bethel Wood and when I went by the tour buses to inquire if autographs were possible (they weren't sadly :( ) I talked to a few guys working there and they told me that a new album was planned

I had read that they had quite a few songs leftover from the writing/recording sessions for this album. Not sure if they recorded all of them or not, but if they did, that means they may have enough to release without even having to go back into the studio.
