Bayside - Transitive Property Lyrics
I know my dear I got us here
But I'm seeing things like I never saw before
My heart is like a powder keg and it blew and burned us both and left you sore
But I'm not afraid to say I think you're wrong to think we're through
Last month was hard I do admit
But the hardest road pays off the most
And I love you more and more each day
And when we fight there's still a way
'Cause you're my rock if I'm still yours
And I never meant to say the things I said when I'm upset and need to vent
But now I'm this close to losing you
I swear I'll never make you sad again
Don't throw away our lives on this
Last month was hard I do admit
The hardest road pays off the most
And I love you more and more each day
And when we fight there's still a way
'Cause you're my rock if I'm still yours
I know that I promised not to call
But princess, I needed you to know
That I'd give anything for one more day
To stand beside you at your throne
I'm not cut out to face this world alone
Don't throw away our lives on this
Last month was hard I do admit
The hardest road pays off the most
And I love you more and more each day
When we fight there's still a way
'Cause you're my rock if I'm still yours

Crazy..i was looking for what it tells in the title..
They played this in dallas and in my opinion the acoustic version is better. It gets the story across better. But it's still nice
They've kept me company through an extremely difficult time in my life, I wish I'd found them sooner. Their lyrics are truth!
VA denied my claim for tinnitus. said not service related even tho I was attached to artillery battery. anyways, listening to bayside everyday for about 15 years, they might be right. I think bayside is responsible for my ears after all. God damn them for making good music. sarcasm here if u can't tell
When you're looking for geometry help but stumble across this

My all time favorite, his solo stuff is great too!
This intro song , feel like "stay together for kids" song by blink-182

Yeah, how the fuck did this happen to the both of us?
Greatest band ever
It's hard to not cry when I listen to this. It hits so close to home. It's incredible how real Anthony ' s lyrics are. There will never be another one quite like him.
I've been a Bayside fan for many years and most of their songs seem to fit me and my life... But damn i admit this one made me cry it hit WAY too close to home....
For you to think that a band is gunna play the same music year in and year out and never grow is ignorant. Every band does this, so yea not all the fans will like ALL of the songs a band makes but other new people will. they are about wide spread fans, not keeping 10 fans happy. I happen to like seeing to progression bands make as they go from album to album, and Bayside has always had a good sound, and heart behind their songs.
cudaline well put. Same with other bands like AFI and Thrice. Theyve definitely changed. But they're artists, art can change lol
One of their best songs to date! Nowhere near their best album, but this song made me smile
cmon, the album is pretty good, dunno why people dont like it:3
@Emil Čupić It's not bad, I just think their earlier stuff is more raw and with better lyrics
I definitely understand what you're saying, though I love all of Bayside's work, their new stuff has a bit more of a pop-punk influence, but it still sounds great.
@LPS Mirror Yeah, a lot of my friends grew up listening to them, but I just started.. I don't have that nostalgic factor, but I love all of it
Gracias bayside, this is the shizzle!!
I really love how this album came out. It never slows down. It is one of their most consistent.
My favorite band of all time.
This song is literally like medicine to me. It's almost as if Anthony Raneri hijacked my brain when he wrote this song. Cult IS Bayside's best album of all time.
beautiful song as always
this is defiantly my favorite off the album. so......far......
this song is amazing
Inside each arm of the star is a pictogram resembling each album including this one
I just noticed the band members initials on the corners of the album... The more you look at it the more you recognize
All 6 albums are pictured on it too, and it says CULT also.
