I love the orchestration of MCR meeting the enunciation and singing style of TOP. Definitely a good hang for me.

Like, specifically the guitar in this reminds me of This Is How I Disappear, and there's that one snare riff that sounds like something akin to Welcome To The Black Parade. I need more of that good stuff in my library, especially since we won't be getting any more from the progenitors themselves.

This song is absolutely beautiful. Bayside is that rare band that puts out records that are superior to their prior ones. The lyrics and music are both totally on point. And they consistently stay true to their established sound, but get more deep and unique at the same time.

Honestly the beginning of the song is probably the most interesting part for me. The rest sounds like it could just be a b side to cult. I'm hoping for better songs from the rest of the album because this one didn't quite hit home for me and I know they can do better.

i know where you come from, i felt the same about pigsty last album, and mona lisa the one before. thankfully they grew on me, but i'm actually digging this one a lot.

I can see where you are coming from, but. It didn't blow my mind on my first listen. But no song ever does. I absolutely love this song now. I can never truly form an opinion on a song or album on the first listen, I always need about 5-10 listens, I don't think anyone can truly say how they feel about a song after listening to it one time. That's the reason that album/song reviews are completely garbage to me.

Meanbirds I hear it for sure. The Bayside LP and tww are where they were able to establish the fact that they would be able to do this for a long time to come. After that, they were simply able to devote more time to perfecting their craft.
