This album is so precious. Stellar from beginning to end. I'm gonna say what I said a few months ago, it's like a marriage between Kate Bush and Dario Argento (visually/musically). There's an element of horror to it. It's dark yet hopeful.

The guitar evokes Twin Peaks, gives me an image of a rippling reflection on a lake. I often get lost in this song. And though I've never had a long lasting relationship with anyone, this album makes me turn around and think of the romantic relationship I have with myself, the times I failed in being my own hero - and how part of me symbolically died leaving the other part helpless but stronger in time.
