Seein them live and having the guitarist Peter (long haired, sleeved, buff guy aha) pointed at me on the sidelines and instead of facing the crowd, faced me and my homie for a good 30 seconds just jammin to us (we were the only ones way on the side)
I will never forget it. We went to the side far away from people so we could head bang and dance super crazy and fat and he looked over at us goin HAM I guess and aw... it was great. I’ll never forget it.

Is there a breakdown of this song where I could study the drums??? I have to learn how to play this shit!!!!

Anyone have an idea of how that wobbling bass sound in the beggining of the track is or can be made? Sounds like an osccilator with distortion to me but wanna be sure. If the very musicians who did this can throw some light it'll be very appreciated.

About the song, everything is beautiful and powerful in it. This one leave me speechless everytime i listen to it.

Horrible choice to mute the open high hats between the high hat verse and ride verse. It makes me think of Britney Spears overproduction. How did the drummer let this happen? It really is so disappointing and it ruins the song. KEEP IT REAL!

Sadly, I agree on the fouled up mixing. The album is incredible , however. And I already bought the vinyl. Great band and I won't let the mix ruin them for me!

+KitchouaTembo Most of the lyrics in the album as a whole are reflective of The bus crash in Bath a few years ago which nearly killed two of the members, John Baisley is still on heavy medication for his injuries. This one seems to be more about how his friends and family helped him through it, and how vulnerable he feels due to it all. Just my take on it anyway, its just an amazing song through and through.

Amazed to see people say they don't like the production on this album. I love Dave Fridmann's stuff anyway, but this I think is absolutely glorious. I think I was half expecting  Flaming Lips drum sound, but this is so much better suited to Baroness. A thing of divine wonder

Baroness has the incredible ability to create songs that are impossible to define in words, and convey just a strong feeling. This is yet another one of those songs. There's such a strong emotion in the music, and the lyrics. It's been a while since a song gripped me so powerfully.
