It was played in the house everyday during summer, I developed a sense of attachment to the songs & to Streisand's voice. She's a gift. She's a legend. Barbra Streisand is incomparable!

I was invited to my Uncle Kenneth's college graduation from Cal Poly in 1976. I was 9, I remember the water taste like Ajax lol. On the TV at his house this movie came on. I remember crying because she loved him for acknowledging who she was and she couldn't save him. I'll never forget it, because it happened to me later on in life! She gave up and walked away but she loved me. Thank you Barbara and Kris for making such a movie about love and romance and desperate loss.

The water still tastes like Ajax here, by the way. Ha ha
