Band, The - Hazel Lyrics
Hazel, dirty-blonde hair
I wouldn't be ashamed to be seen with you anywhere
You got something I want plenty of
Ooh, a little touch of your love
You're goin' somewhere and so am I
I'd give you the sky high above
Ooh, for a little touch of your love
Oh no, I don't need any reminder
To know how much I really care
But it's just making me blinder and blinder
Because I'm up on a hill and still you're not there
Hazel, you called and I came
You've got something I want plenty of
Ooh, a little touch of your love

Hazel, dirty-blonde hair
I wouldn't be ashamed to be seen with you anywhere.
You got something I want plenty of
Ooh, a little touch of your love.
Hazel, stardust in your eye
You're goin' somewhere and so am I.
I'd give you the sky high above
Ooh, for a little touch of your love.
Oh no, I don't need any reminder
To know how much I really care
But it's just making me blinder and blinder
Because I'm up on a hill and still you're not there.
Hazel, you called and I came,
Now don't make me play this waiting game.
You've got something I want plenty of
Ooh, a little touch of your love.

Lost Last Waltz song.
shame on Martin
Thank you...been digging for the past couple of years and nothing a cover and then something from the album...but this
This song is the bizzness
Reil Naem Jerry Garcia of the Greatful Dead is...well dead. Yes Bob Dylan says nice stuff about dead people, we all do. Unless it's Hitler or the like. I know Bob Dylan appreciates The Band, after doing a film with them in it, the countless Basement Tapes, I would ask why have those songs not been Mastered many years ago, like in the sixties when they were done. Why was all of that era such a problem? Bob Dylan even left loads of written stuff other Song writers have used to make into Songs. That whole period has no discourse from Bob Dylan as to what happen when, and for what reason. I love the output of Dylan, but he's continually an artist that refuses to even mention the input other artist put into HIS music. IT WOULD BE NICE IF HE DID IT BEFORE THEY DIE, they're all getting on a bit. That's the point, if he did it at the time, those people might have had more opportunities. Musicians rely on Fans following them, to carve out careers. He is not generous to others, one can only conclude that is a feature of his private life too.
what a load of old shit..pathetic..get life
I've never heard Uncle Bob praise the musicians along his career, just the same with David Bowie. It would be nice just to hear a tribute to them, because he's been very lucky getting them.
@Duncan Thorburn Uh, 'Uncle Bob' doesn't need luck..He is regarded globally as THE most important poet/songwriter of the 20th Century. Period.
+Duncan Thorburn Perhaps instead of complaining about it you could fix the problem by correcting your ignorance. For starters, google 'Bob Dylan on Jerry Garcia' or 'Bob Dylan on Levon Helm' or pretty much any other combination. He has penned a number of touching tributes.
+Reil Naem He's also gave tribute to Hank Sr, and Little Richard, and let's not forget WOODY GUTHRIE
thi©k as shit

Poet scholar and an hero of the highest order. His Royal Bobness.
A true long-lost gem, this song . . .
do you think of it as long lost? i often pull out 'planet waves' and it's one of the many stellar standouts on this album of stellar standouts. well, we both agree: this is gold (and a good performance of it.)
that was ruined in this version.
@John Sudar The original version is far superior than this spoiled one.
Wow, Bob's really belting this one out...
