I really like this song. As stated, there aren't many traditional country singers. I've actually stopped listening to my local country station because it is too much like pop. I'm almost certain that proper country music is coming to a end. Shame.

Canada does have some very good new traditional artist. Outside of a few leftovers from the 90's and early 2000's there really is no new traditional US artist anymore. The industry caters to teenagers but we're the ones with the money to spend. Sad really. Why are we forced to buy for our children yet we have little we would buy for ourselves? At least those of us who like our evolved country to at least be country. Not just new traditional mind you but music that has a country sound. Not rock
