The whole song is ironic, they are saying if you try working outside the system you will fail. Seems like a Saul Alinsky-type way of thinking
I think TBR did a better job.
They did an awesome cover of it when I saw them live in 2014. Then a year later I saw Bad Religion at the same venue and they played it in their set too.
