Actually, Christians believe that if you trust that Jesus is your savior and died for you, you're saved. They don't make you pay money and live a perfect life to the Bible or you burn in Hell. That's BS, i understand where he's coming from but really it's not true, at all. The churches ask for donations because they need to keep it running, it's not against religion to not pay tithes to the church but it's encouraged.

Religion tries to explain things, it tries to keep people in line, it tries to keep people from being "evil", but for the most part it fails at these things once people start thinking for themselves. And if your talking about jesus and old testament prophecy doesn't it say that "the messiah will be born in davids line, in davids city?" Davids city is bethlehem and jesus was from nazareth.
