I understand that the meaning of this song is supposed to represent the snake known as the Sidewinder. However, I have my own head-canon on what this song represents. The Shining. Think about it. The song is called Sidewinder, which also happens to be the name of the town where Jack and his family came from in the movie. Not to mention, the lyrics sound like the thought process of a serial killer, which in this case would be Jack Torrance. Just something to think about.

Easily my favorite A7X song. they made me love metal, and though i dont hear people adoring this song; this song is so well thought out.
