I just saw this guy at Winter Jam this past weekend. Let me just tell you the entire concert was powerful. I've been going through a tough time lately and this song helped me this past Saturday.

This song has really grown on me. At first didn’t like the repetition of “freedom hymn” in the chorus, till I remembered that’s just how choruses work 😄

Then I focused more on the intro, the “stomp handclap” sound, the awesome reverb (my kid said it reminded her of The Greatest Showman), as well as the simple message which resonates so perfectly w my own life. I’m not usually a fan of Christian music, but this is on another level IMO. The whole album is.

In him we're free from our burdens, because he said put your burdens on me. God has changed me, and made me realize that I can't do anything without him.
