You know why I like you so much Audrey! Because everytime I hear from you, it's with some meaningful content and thats just amazing, especially in this era of constant nonsense. I don't see you out there pushing out content without substance, just for the sake of putting out content. Do I wish I heard from you more often? Heck yea! You're my inspiration musically. But I am glad to not hear from you that often, because that's when you're with the Lord creating, that's when you're giving your soul to the music! And if by any chance you wonder at the way other people promote their stuff by random content and think you should do it too, I hope this comes to your mind in a tiny way! You are YOU and we love you. And you will have that fanbase that's loyal to you. Because your music is unique! :) Your songs focus on the real depth in the life of a Christian with God. I always wonder at why there are no more songwriters that talk of despair, the cross, the brokenness, the pain, the dark nights, the guilt and the shame that is also a part of the narrow road that we're called to walk on. I happened to read your tweets about the existential angst and now I see where the depth comes from. Amazing how the Lord wires our circumstances and our personalities to write truly touching content. Yes, your name may not always (and unfortunately) shine on the Billboards, but you're touching lives in ways I cannot express. When I think of the kind of music you write, I can only think of your name there. I hope you bring out all the depth of the Catholic life in your upcoming music. This is beautiful! Love the relevance of the lyrics. They bring an often unspoken truth to the surface with honesty and humility. Then they supply the answer to heal our wounds—the Savior whose love and glory chases fears and pain away and brings us to our knees, completely overwhelming us.
