Rumor has it the men always wanted to. Be lead and there were always feuds between Barbara weathers of secret lovers and always fame and sharon bryant of circles fame. I believe the ladies espec. They changed with the times as well as changed female singers when one would leave. These last two albums had one of the Lewis brothers to sing lead. They were and still are the core of the group. After that, they didn't release another album in years....SHIT!!!!! They needed a break, but come back.
