I think it's hilarious that Lauren was the runner-up but yet she's having so much more success than Scotty is. She should've won,, I never really liked Scotty's voice/singing all that much. Somebody (Lauren) took the Road Less Traveled and is more successful than he is.

Has anyone Realized that, yes this a competition but.....LAUREN AND HALEY ARE FRIENDS!!!! Gosh I wish people would realize that. They got along real well. Also the competition is over and Scotty is the idol. I do think that it should have been a Lauren/Haley Finale but its over. Get over it. You will hear albums from Lauren and Haley so its all good. Personally Lauren was my favorite but I can dig some Haley too LOL

I was in tears when I saw her in the bottom 2, that week.

She deserved to be in the finale with Haley. I never got why out of the two country crooners (Lauren and Scotty) Lauren was the one who got all the hate. She has an incredible voice and gave great performances. I know she lacked that ability to immerse herself in every song she sang but she Scotty NEVER was close to it. In any case, she won me over by the end of the season :]

If i didn't see her singing and someone told me it was carrie underwood i would believe them. she sounds just like her! She is amazing and so is scotty but they don't need to win to make it in the music world! I want them to get off as soon as they can so they will get a record deal. Give the record offered by american idol to someone who can't make it without it!
