Got to see this live in Seattle on Monday, first time I've seen them live. Fantastic show and the lead singer is huge, and a powerful presence on stage. I'm so happy to see the band continue to play and overcome adversity. They are building truly on a Greater Foundation!

My first ever As I Lay Dying song, oh man time flies... I remember listening to this song back in early 2013 when I joined the academy.
Who knew that after this album everything went down to hill with the whole Tim's controversy but years later AILD came back stronger and better than ever.
Shaped By Fire will be an instant metalcore hit, that's for sure.

This album gotta be in my top 5 favorite metal vocal performance ever. Damn Lambesis crushed on this record!

I think Awakened is probably my favorite album from them. The lyrics are much more dark and personal, you could tell Tim was struggling with his demons, and as a result he penned some of the most relate-able lyrics of their career.
