The CD versions have bonus tracks, the vinyl versions are the albums as originally designed.. I won't buy The Doldrums for this reason, my favorite track isn't on it!

Actually, the original House Arrest has People I'm Not If I'm not mistaken. It does on the BBP 2002 release and on the Demoboot re-release a year later, as well as the '06 paw trax disc

I get that Ariel Pink uses low-fi as an effect, and it absolutely works. But this is one of those songs that is so great it deserves its own remix/single; with one of them being maximum sound quality. This and "round and round" are seriously master works. Great job.

idont think he was purposely using low quality gear, i think it's all he had because now that he's got some dollars goin into his music he doesn't continue to cultivate that low-fi production sound, round and round being the perfect example.
