Fiona Apple fans that go way back or at least somewhat back remember the free Fiona campaign when the original version of this song and the entire album were being withheld by the record company. when they had her go back and re record this song and all the album except two songs ,somebody got their hands on the original recordings and they made their way out there and were being downloaded by people like me. And the songs were really really good. But when they redid the songs I was afraid they would not be as good. So when is album came out I just loved this song as the opener because it was even better than the first version the record company had been withholding. I was not there on the streets in the free Fiona campaign to get the record company to finally let her make her music, But there are people out there who did and we should thank them all wherever they are.
