Damn, A few days ago I heard this incredible song, now can't stop playing.

This song is amazingly bassy whilst listening to it standing in my chimney, about 20m away from some focal 6 speakers. I thought the house was going to fall down. Oh, and it's really good in most other listening scenarios and venues too

First time I heard this song I put it on repeat, then started my yoga and a short while into it, had a heart attack!

The robot feels unloved and leaves her, meets friends gets drunk and pregnant.
The robot breaks because of the alcohol and is found by a unknown man, who starts to demolish it.
It gets saved by the man who made it, who gets killed by the women, because she thought he tried to kill it.

I think the robot (his name is g3n3, as we can see at 1:30) was made by the man and the woman, but he was only a machine for his "mother". For the man g3n3 was more like a child. That's why they had a lot of discussions. Look at the woman expression at 0:45 or at the textlog at 1:13. The woman said "It's a fucking robot!"
In fact the woman gives a toy robot to g3n3, but as we can see at 1:14 his "dad" want that g3n3 plays with human dolls.

And i think that the man was just knocked out. Why should she kill him? She does not have so much parental attachment to the robot to kill the man in order to save g3n3.

It's about loving someone so caught up in their own pain, that you feel forced keep your own hurt beneath the surface in a sad attempt to make them happy, of course that never works out well, which is why there is an abundance of robot murder in the video.

The video itself was her looking through the robot's memory (to figure out what had been going on), but she realizes in the end that her ex was trying to put their robot back together.

@caleron0 Hi ! Well I think you noticed that there is an artistic link between Apparat and Moderat ... That's quite logical, simply because Moderat = Modeselektor + Apparat !
In other words, Moderat is a collaboration between Modeselektor, a German (Berlin) electro band made of 2 guys with a radical and powerfull music style, and Apparat, another guy from Berlin, which makes a more sensitive, contemporary, precise music... Melt them, and you have a perfect balance of grace and power: MODERAT.

This video is so well made. The song is even better. Both together create multigasm.
