I hate seeing half the comments on anti-flag videos nowadays. Punk isn't about the music you play or listen to, its not about what you wear or what you say. The whole concept of Punk is to do what you like, whenever you like regardless of what anyone says or does about it. Punk is about you as an individual living your life the way you want to.

Tom Delonge was the man who taught me that, I watched his documentary 'Ernie Ball: the pursuit of tone' and he hit the nail on the head.

I always play this song on my smartphone, and until now, it is on the top of my Walkman's MOST PLAYED list, because not only this song captured my heavy-rock senses, but always gets the message right for those who oppress the innocent ones. Good job, Anti-Flag! I hope there's an acoustic one for this. :)

New to Anti-Flag, so far though they seem great. Loving their stuff. I will definitely keep an eye out for their next album after hearing this.

@ItsOver90o0 If you're new to Anti-Flag then you should look into some of their older stuff. I consider The Terror State their best album, but some folks will swear by their way way older stuff like Die For The Government and A New Kind of Army. It's all great, in my opinion, but you should definitely check out The Terror State. Heck, even The Bright Lights of America was a solid album imo.

@Craig Slist I liked Underground Nation best honestly, Terror State is ok, probably that and Bright Lights were my least favs tho....all opinion, he should check them all out. This song sounds like Billy Talent, he should check that out also...

@ItsOver90o0 This is not an usual sound for Anti Flag, they're very punk like NOFX, Bad Religion... But you can try out "This is the end" and "Turncoat" and "911 for peace"

The lyrics are on point as always but the sound is meh, hope their album is much better sounding

too slow. its okay. but I will always prefer late 90's early 2000's but every now and again there will be a solid track or 4 from A-F these days, but this one didn't make the cut for me.

this is starting to sound like a pop punk album, but i do like the old lyrical content of anti-flag the faster music harder more punk style. its what anti-flag was and is so i am hoping the rest of the album is better but i will still support every album.

They sound different. Yes they are not as punk as they were in previous albums but you know what? this is still beautiful. the message in this song is strong and good. Anti Flag sounds different but thats the thing they evolved as musicians and songwriters. they have gotten more experience and They sound more mature. Bands always starting sounding different over the years and thats not bad at all.

if you have a played in a band you get tired of your style at times and u want to evolve and change . it's not my favorite style either but anti flag said we don't care we wrote music for ourselves

Hopefully the rest of the album is better than this. As always the lyrical content is great but the musical content on this song is pretty bland.

I'm not inspired by this music at all, no chills, whatever.
Where both Billy Talent and a lot of Anti Flag does, every time, years later.

I liked this album as whole to be honest, some nice tracks.

I think the problem is that the singing seem to blend with the guitar but I think it would be great if there was more of a distinction or if there was more of a volume distance

Brilliant song. Anti-Flag have been on form as of late. If you can write a quality song about drones then you can sing about anything.

Not their most punk sounding song but I think this might be a song where the message is more evident than any other ones they've written. I'm nervous this album may not be as aggressive and fast as ones in the past have been, but still stoked and excited to hear what American Spring brings.

Wait a second! so the  US government was using drones for military propuse since 2012? I though that the drones get on the market the last year and Obama want to use them for military propuse (claiming for the protection for the US soldiers by sending drones to kill) this year.

@ghostshadow the general strike was a great album, I just don't really listen to it as much as I should. I still love Anti-Flag to death, new stuff, old stuff, its all good. They definitely change, but they've never drastically changed for the worse (I still like their older stuff more but you get it). 

@Molly Fox Agreed....sorry Justin but Andy Flag was best vocals for a Clash inspired sound...I still love the message and I love Justin by the way...

+Molly Fox The band does talk about the way they were influenced by the people they recorded with on this album. In a way it did feel less punk, but the message is still strong. I'm glad they experimented with the sound, they definitely left their comfort zone, you can hear them talk about it, but by trying the new sound I'm sure they'll be able to return to the less technical and more 'punk' sound in the future, but either way, the voice they are trying to push is still effective in my opinion

I was exaggerating :), there are just very few paticualrly in the South West. Rise Against, Billy Talent, and Homeless Gospel Choir all suffer from the same lack of gigs in South West England :(
